The New York Giants have confirmed that superstar wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr has suffered a fractured ankle.
Beckham Jr, who has struggled with injury and form this season, will miss the game against the Denver Broncos on Sunday, and could also miss the rest of the 2017 season.

The injury occurred in the fourth quarter during the Giants’ 29-22 defeat to the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday as the NFC East team fell to 0-5 for the season.

Beckham Jr was one of four Giants receivers to go down injured in the game.
To rub salt into the wounds, Giants quarterback Eli Manning was sacked on the next play after Beckham Jr’s injury, and the Chargers scored the winning touchdown a minute later.
